MISMO Model Viewer

MISMO® (Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization) is the standards development body for the mortgage industry.

Grid-ML allows you to load and visualize all versions of the MISMO XML Models and search the MISMO Data Dictionary using business-friendly terms. With Grid-ML, you can find containers, data points, and enumerated values using familiar business terms and phrases, even if you do not know the exact technical name of the item your are looking for.

Features

Side-by-side View

Search across multiple versions of the MISMO Reference Model at the same time.

See how an item is represented in different versions of the standard and compare that with your own proprietary schemas.

Namespaces

Search across multiple namespaces, such as ULDD, ULAD, ILAD, and your own proprietary MISMO extensions.

Quickly find what you are looking for without having to deal with multiple source files, includes, and imports.

Compatibility

Grid-ML MISMO Model Viewer has full support for the MISMO XML Standards from versions 2.0.1 to the latest v3.5, including residential, commercial, eMortgage SMART DOC®, and the new Industry Loan Application Dataset (iLAD) specification.

Grid-ML also supports Fannie Mae® and Freddie Mac® Uniform Mortgage Data Program® (UMDP®) schemas: ULAD, UAD, UCD, and ULDD.

Data Dictionary

Grid-ML generates the Logical Data Dictionary directly from the schema and allows you search and view all data and type definitions.

Narrow down your search by selecting the schema subset you are interested in. For example, for MISMO 3.5, you can select between MESSAGE, DEAL, PARTY, and DOCUMENT to define the scope of your search.
